W. Roy Finch is an experienced family law mediator and arbitrator. Before limiting his practice to mediation and arbitration of family law disputes, Mr. Finch practiced exclusively in the area of family law. He is a member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia and participates in the Family Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution Sections. He is also a member of the Western Circuit Bar Association (Former Chair, Family Law Section); American Bar Association; Association for Conflict Resolution (National & Georgia Chapter); Collaborative Law Institute of Georgia; Georgia Mediators Association, Inc.; and Mediate.Com. He is a certified mediator and arbitrator by the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution in the areas of Domestic Relations Mediation, Specialized Domestic Violence Mediation and General Civil Mediation.
Mr. Finch is also an instructor/trainer for mediators in the area of domestic relations mediation throughout the State of Georgia. He was a Double Platinum Sponsor for the 2008 Georgia Family Law Institute, which he attends annually. Mr. Finch is also the author/editor of The Divorce Mediation Handbook (2007) which he updates annually.
