Debra M. Finch is an attorney and arbitrator with more than 30 years of legal experience, with a practice focused primarily on children and families. For much of her career, she has served as a Guardian ad Litem and adoption attorney, gaining extensive experience in custody disputes, child advocacy, and adoption matters. As an arbitrator of custody and adoption-related disputes, Finch draws on her decades of family-law experience to assist parties in resolving their disputes thoughtfully and efficiently, with particular attention to the interests and well-being of children. Finch is a trained and registered neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution.
